Reciprocal Reviews is a platform that many journals and conferences use. Who can help you depends on what your question is about.

A question about a journal or conference

Each venue on Reciprocal Reviews is run by its own editors, and only they can answer questions about it: its submissions, reviewing, assignments, deadlines, decisions, or what it pays in tokens. Write to them directly.

  • Every venue's page lists its administrators, with their email addresses.
  • Replying to an email we send you about a venue reaches its editors.

The stewards who run the platform don't run venues and can't answer for them, so a question about a venue sent to the stewards only delays the answer.

A question about the platform itself

Write to the stewards at stewards@reciprocal.reviews, or see the contact page for who they are. That covers your account, getting a copy of your data or having it deleted, proposing a new venue, and how tokens work across the platform. Replying to an email we send you that isn't about a venue reaches them too.

A bug or an idea for a feature

Open an issue on GitHub, where others can see it, follow it, and add to it. Please don't email these to the stewards: a report in an inbox is one nobody else can find.

Didn't find what you needed? Questions about a journal or conference go to its editors; questions about the platform itself go to the stewards, who'll answer and probably add an article.
